This was a family trip to Banff to introduce the youngest member of our clan to the wonders of the Rockies. And the adventure was splendid, except for the food. We decided to try a new site and ended up here. And here we waited for our lunch items to arrive in an almost empty restaurant for 45 minutes—with no explanation or apologizes. Then when the meal finally came, it was abominable. The supposedly “crispy” chicken sandwiches were slimy. Shawn actually left food on his plate. (This is most unusual.) And one person at the table, who had forgotten what she had ordered, wasn’t actually able to identify what she did get. On leaving,  there was a debate that had to be settled by management about whether or not my 5 year old grandson would be able to take the remainder of his drink in a plastic cup out of the restaurant. All in all, this was not a worthwhile experience to the degree that when I called one of the members of our group to talk about this review, she thought our rating number was going to be a 1.
There are better places to go in Banff.
