We were a bit worried about this one. After all "Bill's" and "Chinese" don't usually go well together. But we discovered that this second-floor establishment is well worth the climb. The portions were large, and well cooked, and the pleasant decor with a view out over Fish Creek Park made this a surprisingly enjoyable experience, well-worth a try.
