The food truck setting is not really the best venue for tasting food, and east Indian food especially. This is banquet material deserving a large variety of tasty dishes shared by friends. However, the offerings here are of high quality, and, I suppose, if you want to buy a plethora of dishes you can. This is one of the better food truck on the road, so give it a try. And if you frequent Crossroads Market (1235 26 Aee. SE) you can sample the full extent of their offerings. Good vegetarian selection.
