The setting is fast food; the service is friendly, and the fried chicken is…fried chicken. Yes, this variety does have a Louisiana slant and comes with a biscuit, and that does set it apart from the others to some extent. But ultimately this is just another place to stash in you memory for when the deep fried demons call your name. By the way, you will be asked whether you want your order hot or normal. Say, “Hot.” That isn’t really that hot, and if you need more digestive fire, you can always add additional hot sauce.
