For years, Calgarians wondered what was going to happen to the former National Hotel as it sat empty in Inglewood while plans for its future were made and remade. Well, in 2014 something finally did happen, and it was very good. On the ground floor of the renovated building the Nash Restaurant appeared. It is çright and fresh with enough touches of the traditional to make one feel at home The staff are welcoming and very accommodating with dietary needs. And above all, the food is excellent with home–cooked quality garnished with a gourmet flair.
