Solid. That is how we classified this long time Italian eatery, solid. Many of the staff have been with La Viena for many years and have a comfortable friendliness about them that makes one feel at home. The menu has all the standard Italian favourites one expects, some of the not–so–Italian standards like fettuccine Alfredo and spaghetti and meat balls, and some speciality dishes of their own as well, such as Cozze La Viena and Spinach Fettuccine La Viena. The prices are moderate, and I must say, we were surprised by the lobster bisque that is often not all that lobstery at this cost level, but was quite good here. All in all, a warm experience of good dining.
