Well, we had been told that this was Calgary’s best brunch, and it definitely was not. Some of our group had dropped by this bright, inviting restaurant in Marda Loop for drinks, saw the brunch menu, and then coaxed us to go with them to try it out. I am sure the drinks were satisfying; the brunch left one wishing for more. For example: The hash browns must have been left in the air fryer too long. The eggs were served without salt or pepper, and there was none on the table. The toast came without jam. The eggs benedict were totally average. You can do better than this without ever leaving Marda Loop.
