The original brewery was constructed in an old, unused warehouse that had been built around two mirror-image houses. The historied houses, the McCall and the McIntosh, were moved there from downtown in 1947. They were uninhabitable, so the brewers painted them up and made them their namesake. Some say they were haunted.
And with that as background, you are invited to drop by to enjoy good beer—and other beverages—and original flavoured pizzas—as well as some of the classics ones.
There is parking outback, on the street, or easy access from the Sunalta train station. Or just walk there and avoid having to think about calories during the meal. It’s quite near the river bike and pedestrian paths.
No reservations.
Also dairy and garlic free dishes.
Watch for music and other special events.
